Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of room/linen sprays, candles, and wax melts are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

We are not responsible for melting or softening caused by high temperatures during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@pennaromas.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we’ll make it right. Requests submitted after this 5-day window will not be eligible for resolution.
